01|  How to order

Write us an Email!

You can order your wedding stationery via email to mail@traumanufaktur.com. We require the following information from you:

  • full name of bride and groom

  • your wedding date

  • billing and shipping address

  • email address and telephone number

  • Now, have a look at our semi-custom wedding collections and chose which one suits you best. 

  • How many cards should you order? We recommend to always order a few more, because follow on, small size orders, are more expensive.

  • What paper should your wedding cards be printed on? ("Cannabis" or "Stroh")

    You also have the option to order a sample set in order to see which paper / envelope is the right one for you.

  • Next, choose if you want some extras maybe double-sided printing or a location map on the invitation or the extras (type of paper yarn, envelope) for the pocket fold invitation.

  • What shall be the individual content on the cards?

  • Do you like some additional products from our paper shop, for example our beautiful envelopes, greeting cards, paper yarn or stamps?

  • Do you need the invitation or other cards in several languages or versions for your wedding? Please let us know! You can see the prices at the product "Gestaltung einer weiteren Variante". For example you need 80 cards in Swedish and 20 in Englisch. Then you need to put 100 Invitation cards in the shopping card and also once the Product "Gestaltung einer weiteren Variante".

We strictly create only the design for the to be printed stationery. All rights for design drafts and data are reserved for Traumanufaktur. 

Timing

Timing is everything! Please bear in mind that it is of utmost importance that you plan ahead of time for card design, finalization, printing and shipping. 

The digital printing method is not done in house, so expect from start of design, to receipt at your address approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

To make it easier, we have the following table to help you plan ahead to order your design cards:

6-12 months before the wedding: save the date cards

6-8 months before: wedding invitations without save the date cards

3-6 months before: wedding invitations only

4 weeks prior: menu cards, seating order, place cards, guest gifts, etc.

1 to 3 months after the wedding: Thank you cards

02|  Payment

After your order via email, you will receive an invoice from us. We accept payment types such as up-front payment via banking transfer or Paypal.

03|  Creation process begins

Up next is the design phase where we get to work! We will compose your card design by including all your requests that you chose from. Once we are complete with an initial layout, which takes about 1 to 3 working days, we will send you a design draft as a PDF via email.

04|  Proofing & Approval

After receipt digital proof, you can tell us what you would like to see changed or removed. Two correction cycles are included in the base price, all follow on correction cycles cost 29 Euros.

We strive to send you the corrected design draft within 1 to 2 working days.

05|   Final design and clearance to print!

When you are satisfied with the design, please send us an email with the approval for printing. Once your proof has been approved, production begins. From receipt of your approval it takes about 5 working days until the cards will arrive at our office.


06|  Shipping

We wholeheartedly support the DHL Green shipping method. Once the cards have arrived at our office, we will package them with love and send them on their way to you! See all shipping information here.
